This study was conducted to measure the efficiency of activated charcoal urea fertilizer on plant quality productivity. This study used Randomized Block Design (RAK) with 4 treatments ie P1 = 0% (without
active charcoal coating), P2 = 10%, P3 = 20% and P4 = 30% of total urea given. Deuteronomy in this study amounted to 15 divided into 3 groups of urea ie, K1 = 5gr / plant, K2 = 10gr / plant and K3 = 20 gr / plant, so the total treatment unit is 60. The observed parameters observed in this study are Measurement of plant height, stem circumference as an indicator of the growth efficiency of elephant grass plants. This research was conducted for 3 months with planting period 42 hari.Hasil from this research is coating treatment 5%, 10%, 20% and 30% no significant effect to production of fresh, high and stem crop circle. However, the real effect on levels of dry matter and Organic Plant materials. The highest levels of BK and BO are in P3 treatment (20%). All groups, ie K1 (urea 5 gr), K2 (10 gr) and K3 (20 g) did not significantly affect all observed parameters ie production of fresh material, dry matter, organic matter, height and stem circumference.
