ABSTRACT

Kumpulan Jjurnal E Government - DownloadUnpredictable changes that can occur at any time require an enterprise system to respond to those challenges. It is conceivable, if the changes are not supported by flexible systems and environments. This change will result in application and database changes. This change requires a lot of money, effort and time. Sometimes, the results of the changes that have been implemented do not match the needs. This is due to the top down and bottom up approach that has not been the same among the actors of development both in the ranks of central government and local government. On the other hand, the hierarchy of regulations and policies that exist in the central government to local governments have something in common. However, local governments have distinctive (uniqueness) that is different between local governments with one another. To anticipate such changes and to improve public sector information services can be facilitated by BPM (Business Process Management) synergies and SOA (Service Oriented Architecture). This is due to some previous research that has synergized BPM and SOA in supporting the creation of flexible enterprise system environment. So far, no research has synthesized SOA and BPM to examine how to identify, provide and manage common and specific components that can be reused on public sector domains. The synergy architecture of SOA and BPM can determine, provide and classify common and specific components that can be reused. Case studies will be conducted on public sector services of central and local government. Architecture consists of legacy layer ie application, database, business process. Component layer is reuse, common, specific and substitute. Technical layer and business layer. Keywords: component, SOA, BPM, reuse, common, specific, business process.
