This study aimed to determine the effect of the combination of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi (FMA) – SP-36 fertilizer on the growth of oil palm plants (Elaeis guineensis Jacq) in nursery play. The design used in this study was arranged in a non-factorial Completely Randomized Design (RAL), which consisted of 9 (nine) levels and 3 (three) replications. The data of the observations were analyzed using variance, if F count ≥ F table 5% then a further test was carried out with Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at the level of 5%. The parameters observed in this study were plant height (cm), number of leaves (strands), root length (cm), number of lateral roots (strands), leaf area (cm2) and stem diameter (cm), root architecture, P. uptake. The results showed that administration of FMA and SP-36 fertilizers had a significant effect on plant temperature, leaf area and root length, but did not significantly affect the parameters of leaf number, and number of lateral roots. The best results of the combination of FMA and SP-36 Fertilizer were found to have a M4 treatment level with FMA dose of 15 grams / polybag and a dose of 2.25 grams / polybag. The combination of FMA inoculation and SP-36 Fertilizer influenced the root architecture of mustard palm seedlings in main nursery, the combination of FMA inoculation and SP-36 fertilizer affected the P uptake of oil palm plants in nursery play
