North Jakarta is a strategic area where there is Tanjung Priok Port which is the sea transportation access connecting big islands in Indonesia, but it is very unfortunate that the strategic area is very vulnerable to the occurrence of tidal floods due to the influence of tidal sea water. Global warming caused by greenhouse effect can also cause sea level rise as well as sea level rise of 0.5 cm / year and land subsidence of 1-15 cm / year having a share in the expansion of a puddle of rob. This study aims to plan in determining the reclamation area covering the area and volume of urugan by looking at the rob inundation in North Jakarta. The method used is GPS marking at each puddle point and using the program Arc-GIS 10.0 and Surfer 9.0 in modeling coordinate data and high data pools, resulting in the inundation area to be reclaimed in the form of maps. The result obtained is the tidal value of sea water in North Jakarta in October 2013 which shows the High Highest Water Level (HHWL) value of 105,215cm which resulted in the occurrence of puddle rob at 37 points spread in 6 districts namely, Kecamatan Penjaringan, District Pademangan, Tanjung Priok Sub-district, Koja Sub-district, Kelapa Gading District and Cilincing Sub-district in North Jakarta, with the height of the puddles ranging from 20-60 cm at each point, so that the area must be reclaimed by seeing the rob inundation in North Jakarta in October 2013 of 141,671 , 194 m 2 with the recommended safe limit height of 1.50715, Then we get the volume of material of urugan equal to 161,405,086 m 3 in elevating the flooded ground elevation, as effort in handling rob disaster in North Jakarta
