ABSTRACT
Indonesia lies in the confluence of active tectonic plates, active mountain lanes, and tropical climates, making parts of it vulnerable to natural disasters. The number of disaster victims is very high compared to other countries. During this time the process of distributing aid from the government is often less evenly distributed, and the distribution of posts often accumulates at a certain point, while many victims are not getting help. The cause of the uneven distribution of aid, among others, the lack of information on the location of the victims, and not having the data collection system needs for the victims, so as to facilitate the disaster officers and the community to know the location and the needs of the victims. The research subject is the utilization of Google Maps API for the development of management information system logistics post disaster based mobile web nature. Methods of data collection conducted by observing logistical needs of some cases of natural disasters that occur and literature study. The analysis was conducted to determine the specification of the logistics information management support system to fit the needs. System implementation utilizes CodeIgniter framework, Google Maps API and JavaScript. The resulting system is tested by two methods, namely Black Box Test and Alpha Test. The result of this research is an application of logistics information management system post disaster based natural mobile web that can provide information of distance, road route, directions, and information about location of disaster relief post. This system is very helpful for users to reduce the buildup of logistics assistance and improve the effectiveness of targeted assistance. The results of the system test show that post-disaster logistics management information management system is feasible and usable.
