ABSTRACT

The purpose of this research is to know: (1) The acquisition of education and training (training) on ​​the participants of the school principals training that involved the learning by using powerpoint at West Kalimantan Provincial Quality Assurance Agency (LPMP), (2) Knowing the Powerpoint media development model, (3) Training participants’ responses to training materials utilizing the powerpoint media. This research was conducted in LPMP West Kalimantan Province in the 2012 budget year with the population of education headmaster training board in West Kalimantan Province. The design used is Pre-test and Post-test, data collection instrument in the form of acquisition test, response questionnaire and research implementation instrument in the form of RPP. The results showed that: (1) the average score of the training acquisition that was involved in the learning by using the media powerpoint experienced a change of 5 ie from 6.4 to 11.9 while (2) the change of 4 from 6,5,5,7 to 10, 9, 9, 11. (3) The response of the average good training participants (40.02) to the learning of training using the media powerpoint with good criteria for the three aspects aspect. The Research Result ore to knowing: (1) Education and Training Input (DIKLAT) for principals of West Kalimantan Borneo, (2) To knowing developing powerpoint as a media, (3) to knowing the response of members of training in using powerpoint media inTraining. This research has been done at LPMP West Kalimantan Province 2012. The population are Principals of elementers School in West Kalimantan. This program design using Pre-test and Post-test, using intrument to collect data, questionnaire, instrument for doing reseach like, RPP. This reseach result showing: (1) the average score, what kiind of training using powerpoint media is moreasing from 6.4 becoming 11,9. (2) Changing 6.5, 5.7 becoming 10.9, 9.11. (3) The member of training response is good (40,02) reacted learning training using powerpoint media with good Eritena for 3 aspects. Key word: Media powerpoint, Response and Training Input.
