ABSTRACT

The development of computer technology inspires the creation of computer learning applications for the cultivation of orchids, plant cultivation that starts from nurseries, processing of planting media, transfer of seeds, fertilization and watering as well as pests and plant diseases. The problem is how to analyze and design visualization of multimedia-based orchid cultivation using multimedia builder 4.9.8 in accordance with technological developments. The purpose in making this final project is to build or design a visualization of multimedia-based orchid cultivation learning. The hardware used in making this final project is a computer and camcorder and the software used is Multimedia Builder 4.9.8. With this learning the user can choose the visualization module available in this program. This study resulted in learning of multimedia-based orchid cultivation. In this learning it is better to add more material to be elaborated and visualized so that it becomes more widespread.
