ABSTRACT

Provision of toll services is the main activity undertaken at PT. Jasa Marga Tbk Semarang Branch. In systems running in the toll collection section, the toll collection collection revenue collection process has not been able to utilize computer technology well. In reporting activities, the resulting report is still less realtime and difficult to understand by the management. This problem resulted in ineffective and ineffective performance of the company towards the provision of information and reports required. It is necessary to build a toll collector information system in order to reduce the risk of errors and the slow delivery of daily toll revenue collection information. The research design to solve the above problem is descriptive research with case approach, data collection method with primary data and secondary data, method approach using structured, system development method used is SDLC (System Development Life Cycles). System analysis tools used are Flow of Document, Context Diagram, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) and Normalization Technique. This web-based information system with PHP and MySQL programming language as its database. With a web-based toll collector information system, toll revenue collection information can be available quickly and accurately and accessible anywhere on the internet.
