ABSTRACT

A good organizational climate determines the sustainability of a company to run its business, while programmed career planning can improve employee performance. In general, companies require employees to make maximum contributions so that the company’s profits are optimal, while employees need job security and fulfillment of rights according to legislation. This condition will be achieved if there is an integration of various elements of the activity. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational climate and career development on job satisfaction in the Company using multiple regression testing methods. 0.072, as well as the development of a career that has a significant effect on job satisfaction where the results of the T test have a significance value of 0421 (p value with Î ± = 0.05). Regression models show that organizational climate provides a negative influence on job satisfaction, while career development has a positive influence. Organizational climate can be improved through work psychology, work motivation, appropriate workload, structural improvement can be done by providing convenience work facilities, awarding employees with high achievers.
