ABSTRACT

EFFECT OF EVENT MARKETING AND PRODUCT QUALITY ON BRAND AWARENESS ON NEXCARE OPEN PLESTER PRODUCTS Annisa Muslim ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze promotion strategy using event marketing and product quality to brand awareness on Nexcare wound product as a newcomer in Indonesia health care industry. This study used primary data from 151 respondents who attended the Nexcare blood donor event with PMI during May to June 2013. Data were collected through questionnaires spread using conventional sampling technique. Data analysis method used is quantitative analysis using simple linear analysis. The results showed that event marketing and product quality variables positively and significantly affect brand awareness. Based on the diversity analysis of product quality, there are differences in the diversity of sexes and age groups. While there is no difference in diversity in event marketing and brand awareness variables. Â Keywords: event marketing, product quality, brand awareness.
