ABSTRACT

This study aims to examine the effect of personal motivation, sociological motivation, and institutional motivation on the relational marketing of Sarinah Supermarket in Purworejo partially. The population in this study were all consumers of Sarinah Supermarket in Purworejo City. The sampling technique in this research was done by using judgment sampling technique with 100 samples. Instrument data collection using questionnaires with likert scale that has been tested and has fulfilled the validity and reliability requirements. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of calculations using SPSS version 16 diketahuibahwa personal motivation significantly positively affects the establishment of relational marketing with the level of significance (P value) 0.018 <0.05. Motivasisosiologis significantly positive effect on the establishment of marketingrelational with the level of significance (P value) 0.011 <0.05. Institutional motivation significantly positively affects the relationship of relational marketing with significance level (P value) 0.034 <0.05 Keywords: Personal Motivation, Sociological Motivation, Institutional Motivation, Relational Marketing
