ABSTRACT

PT. Batik Danar Hadi is a batik company spread in big cities in Indonesia, such as Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Medan and Batam. In fact this company has been exporting its products abroad. Products produced by PT. Batik Danar Hadi is a variety of products made from batik. As more and more batik companies are spread in Indonesia, the competition in running the business can not be avoided anymore. So to maintain the survival of the company, especially in running business activities to gain profit, PT. Batik Danar Hadi tried to improve and manage the strategy in marketing activities in order to increase sales of its products. As revealed by (Indriyo Gito Sudarmo, 1994: 24) that marketing strategy is a strategy to serve the market or market segment targeted by an entrepreneur, so high sales is determined by good marketing strategy by the company to achieve its organizational goals. PT. Batik Danar Hadi in marketing implementation using marketing mix strategy (marketing mix) that is pay attention and keep the combination of product, price, promotion and distribution.
