ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine the influence of environmental, social, economic, stakeholder and volunteer as a dimension of Corporate Social Responsibility either partially or simultaneously to the brand image of Malang Post. In this study used probability sampling technique with the technique of determining the sample using census method and obtained a valid sample of 70 respondents. To know how big the change of dependent variable to independent variable used multiple linear regression analysis. Test of research instrument used is test of validity and reliability test. The classical assumption test used is multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and normality test. As for hypothesis test used F test and t test. From the results of the hypothesis is known that environmental variables, social, economic, stakeholder and volunteer have significant effect simultaneously on brand image. While the partial environmental and social variables significantly influence the brand image and economic variables, stakeholders and volunteers have no significant effect on brand image. This shows that the brand image of Malang Post will increase if environment and social variables also increase, while economic variables, stakeholder and volunteer does not necessarily improve brand image if experienced increase. While from the five independent variables that influence the dominant on the brand image of Malang Post is an environmental variable.
