ABSTRACT

The anti-bullying program implemented in this school is part of the student support service program. Steps that must be taken students if experiencing bullying already written in the diary book students. The core of this program is to prepare students to handle themselves if there is bullying on him. Various efforts can be made to reduce bullying behavior, such as by optimizing counseling services, especially group guidance services. It is intended through the guidance of the group then the students will feel themselves to be part of the group so that the necessary cooperation in solving something.Population in this study is all students class VIII grade SMP H Isriati Semarang academic year 2009/2010 amounted to 117 students sdan research sample number 52 students. The sampling technique used purposive sample. This research includes experimental research type with one group pre test and post test design. Methods of data collection in this study using psychological scale. The results of the psychological scale have been tested for validity by using the Product Moment formula and testing its reliability using the Alpha formula. Technique of data analysis using t-test formula. From result of data analysis can be concluded that there is positive and significant influence of group guidance service to bullying behavior of student of class VIII SMP H Isriati Semarang year lesson 2009/2010. It can be known from the acquisition of tcount> ttable (6,194> 2,021) and decreasing the average of bullying behavior, before treatment 97,81 to 79,29 after treatment. This means that the more teachers are able to carry out the PAUDIA Research Journal, Volume 2 No. May 1, 2013143the activities of guidance services in groups well then the bullying behavior of students will progressively decline.
