ABSTRACT

Fragrant pandanus (Pandanus amaryllifous Roxb) is one of the plants
which is used as a tonic, appetite enhancer, sedative,
flavoring, deodorant and green color for cooking. Contain
alkaloids, saponins, flavonoids, tannins, polyphenols, phenyl propanoids, and substances

= 99,4086 mg / g extract; water: 96% ethanol (0.5: 0.5) = 33.6216 mg / g
extract. The optimization results show the maximum liquid of the dancers
interesting phenolic compounds and flavonoids are 96% ethanol with levels
total phenolic 478,7629 mg / g and total flavonoid levels 99,4086 mg / g. T test
showed no significant differences in phenolic and flavonoid levels
the total between theory and experiment.
